General information About Sapa
Sapa is one of the most breathtaking hill stations in Vietnam which reflects the signature of French architecture and colorful hill tribal cultures. This is home to stunning mountain landscapes, verdant rice terraces, unique stilt villages and Indochina peak, the Fansipan. Travellers are invited to enjoy the best of Sapa all the year round with different taste of seasons and exciting outdoors.
Day 1 : Hanoi – Lao Cai
Meet up with your guide at Noi Bai Airport . Have lunch. Drive through Hanoi Old Quarter, you will have time for shopping at Dong Xuan market and enjoy Water Puppet Show. Have dinner. our buses will take you to Hang Co railroad station, then we catch a train to Lao Cai. Spend the night on the train.
Afternoon: A half day tour to My Son, 40km southwest of Hoi An, which flourished from the late 400s to the mid 1200 as an important Holy Land of the Champa people. The My Son Sanctuary is an exceptional example of cultural interchange, with the introduction the Hindu architecture of the Indian sub-continent into South-East Asia. Back to Hoi An for Overnight stay.
Evening: Have dinner. Enjoy Hoi An by night. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 2 : Lao Cai – Sapa
Morning, after reaching Lao Cai, buses will pick tourists up and head to Sapa. We check in to a hotel and take some rest, then we go enjoy the impressive and wild beauty of Thac Bac (Silver Waterfall) and Cau May (Cloud Bridge).
Afternoon, we go visit Cat Cat mountain village, study the way that people of H’Mong (a Vietnamese minority) use to knit and dye their clothes or go visit Ta Van village of H’Mong and Day people.
Evening, we take a walk around SaPa by night, visit Stone Church and SaPa’s love market (if it’s right at Saturday night).
Day 3 : Sapa – Lao Cai – Ha Noi
Morning, we take a tour to a lot of Old Villas, conquer the height of Ham Rong Mount (Dragon’s Jaw), reach Cong Troi ( Heaven’s Gate), Phu Tu Stone, take a glance at SaPa from above in the mist.
Afternoon, we check out and go shopping around Sapa market, where they have the locals specialties of the Northwestern people. Buses continue to take you back to Lao Cai, on the way stop at Ta Pin village, meet with the Dao people, and drop in to Coc Leu market shopping for Chinese goods. Then we catch a train back to Ha Noi.
Evening, spend the night on the train.
Day 4 : Ha Noi – Departure
Morning, when our train reach Hanoi, buses will pick you up and take you to Noi Bai airport.
